Using a rope can be a fun and surprisingly effective way of not only improving one’s cardiovascular fitness but also muscle tone, when used in the right way.
As in all exercise and training methods it is paramount to learn the basics properly before attempting any complex moves.
Ropes come in various weights and thicknesses, start off with a lighter rope and work towards using a heavier and longer one once you get stronger.
